These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of calchive.org (the "Site"), operated by JAE's Holding Solutions LLC ("CalcHive," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
CalcHive provides free, browser-based calculators for general informational purposes. The calculators are intended to give quick, useful estimates and conversions for everyday tasks. The Site does not require an account, does not charge for use of its calculators, and does not sell products.
2. No professional advice
The calculators on CalcHive provide general informational results only. They are not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice, including but not limited to financial, tax, legal, medical, engineering, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances. CalcHive makes no warranty that the results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and you use the Site at your own risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site in a way that disrupts service or substantially burdens our infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of any tools or scripts on the Site for commercial redistribution
- Misrepresent CalcHive's content or claim affiliation where none exists
4. Intellectual property
All site content, including but not limited to text, design, layout, code, calculators, logos, and graphics, is owned by JAE's Holding Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
5. Advertising
CalcHive displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, and the appearance of an ad does not imply endorsement of the advertised product or service. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising-related data practices.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CalcHive. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of any third-party site. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CalcHive disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CalcHive and JAE's Holding Solutions LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any feature of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
