Cooking Calculators
Quick, accurate conversions for recipes, baking, and meal prep.
Cooking is one of those everyday tasks where a small calculation error has real consequences. Misread a measurement and your bread doesn't rise, your sauce splits, or your cake is too sweet. CalcHive's cooking calculators are built to give you the right number, right now, without making you tap through a recipe blog with ten ads first.
All cooking tools here are mobile-first. They're designed for the moment you're standing at the stove with one hand in a mixing bowl and the other holding your phone. Big tap targets, readable type, results that actually show up, no popups, no logins, no "subscribe for full conversions."

Why these tools matter
Most cooking conversion problems happen at one of three points: scaling a recipe for a different number of people, converting between US and metric units when following an international recipe, or substituting an ingredient when you're missing one. Each of those is a calculator-shaped problem, small math, big impact.
The Cooking Measurement Converter, our flagship cooking tool, handles all three. It supports US cups, tablespoons, and teaspoons; Imperial fluid ounces; metric milliliters and grams; and even ingredient-density-aware conversions (because a cup of flour weighs different from a cup of sugar). It also takes fractions as input, so you can type 2 1/2 tablespoons exactly the way the recipe wrote it.
